Full-Time - LMHC, LCSW, LMFT
We are hiring a Mental Health Counselor in Oneida, New York to join an established outpatient team. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule and an environment focused on quality care delivery.
Position: Full-Time
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $115,000 – $120,000
Role Summary:
- Facilitate therapy sessions with adult clients
- Design and adapt treatment plans based on client needs
- Attend team meetings and clinical case reviews
- Ensure accurate documentation per state and organizational guidelines
Required Credentials:
- Active NY licensure (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
- Familiarity with EHR systems and virtual care models preferred
