A mental health group in New York is expanding its outpatient therapy team and is hiring a Licensed Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT). This position focuses on providing therapeutic care to adult clients within a structured and professional clinical environment.
Employment Status: Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annually
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical therapy sessions
- Create and revise individualized care plans
- Collaborate with peers for coordinated client care
- Document sessions and care plans accurately
Licensing & Education:
- Current NY license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Prior experience with EHR and telehealth systems is a plus
