Remote Mental Health Therapist | Tacoma, WA
Job Summary:
We are actively hiring experienced Mental Health Therapists licensed in Washington to provide comprehensive care through a secure virtual platform. This full-time position is ideal for clinicians who value structured hours, a steady caseload, and the convenience of working from home. The role focuses on delivering individualized and group therapy, completing clinical assessments, and supporting client care from start to finish in an outpatient telehealth setting.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- $100,000 – $110,000 annually
- Full benefits package provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct teletherapy sessions for individuals and groups
- Complete clinical assessments and create treatment plans
- Refer clients to additional services when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Active Washington license: LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms
