We are actively hiring licensed therapists to join a growing behavioral health program focused on delivering integrated care across communities.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Full-Time
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation:
- Salary Range: $115,000–$120,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individualized mental health assessments
- Develop effective care plans tailored to client needs
- Deliver ongoing support through therapeutic interventions
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team
- Participate in continuing education
Requirements:
- Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Active NY licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT)
- Familiarity with digital documentation and virtual care platforms
