Licensed Mental Health Counselor – Long Beach, New York
Licensed therapists are key to advancing mental health care. In New York, we're expanding access to therapy services and seeking experienced professionals to lead the way.
We’re looking for licensed clinicians who can help provide quality behavioral health care in a full-time outpatient setting.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Time: Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM
Annual Compensation:
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually based on experience
- Incentives: Full suite of benefits included
Duties:
- Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments
- Formulate evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver consistent therapy sessions
- Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical staff
- Stay current with licensure and training requirements
Qualifications Needed:
- MSW, MFT, or Counseling degree
- Active NY license (LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Strong documentation and interpersonal skills
