Licensed Therapist – Auburn, NY
Mental health providers make a direct impact in the lives of clients every day. We're expanding our reach across New York and seeking licensed therapists to help deliver accessible, whole-person care.
We are hiring full-time therapists to support a growing outpatient mental health program.
Position Highlights:
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation Package:
- Annual Salary: $115,000–$120,000
- Plus: Comprehensive benefits
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing initial mental health evaluations
- Creating and maintaining treatment plans
- Offering consistent therapeutic support
- Collaborating with a team of providers
- Attending required training and development sessions
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- NY state license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
