Full-Time Mental Health Therapist – Olean, New York
Licensed professionals play a vital role in building resilient communities through mental health care. Our mission is to expand outpatient therapy services across New York.
We are currently looking for licensed mental health therapists available for full-time weekday schedules.
Role Structure:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Type: Full-Time Position
Compensation Info:
- Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
- Includes: Full range of benefits
Primary Duties:
- Conduct clinical assessments
- Provide individual and/or family therapy
- Create and track treatment plans
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals
- Attend required team meetings and training
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in social work or counseling
- Current NY license (LMHC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Proficiency with EHR systems preferred
