Mental Health Therapist – Rochester, NY
Therapists make meaningful contributions by guiding individuals through personal challenges and growth. We’re supporting this journey by expanding our outpatient behavioral health team in New York.
We’re hiring licensed therapists who are available for a structured, full-time weekday schedule.
Job Schedule:
- Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM
- Days: Monday to Friday
Earnings & Benefits:
- Annual Pay: $115,000–$120,000 annually
- Includes: Full benefits, retirement plan
Key Tasks:
- Assess mental health needs and treatment goals
- Deliver regular therapy sessions to individuals and families
- Coordinate with internal and external providers
- Keep clear clinical documentation
- Engage in team case discussions and supervision
Must-Haves:
- Master's degree and active NY license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
