Position Overview:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm
  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in developing essential coping skills and strategies to navigate their mental health challenges.
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and collaborate in crafting individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Provide direct support and guidance during therapy sessions and engaging group activities, fostering a supportive environment.
  • Monitor and meticulously document client progress, behaviors, and treatment outcomes by organizational policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to deliver holistic care.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions to enhance client engagement and promote recovery.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for clients, strictly adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant experience in a behavioral health setting or working with individuals with mental health disorders.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to client care.
  • Familiarity with mental health policies and best practices in treatment and rehabilitation.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
