Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (flexible shifts available)
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with patients to provide emotional support and therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Lead group activities that promote social interaction and recovery.
• Document client progress and assist in updating care plans.
• Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• At least one (1) year of relevant experience in psychiatric care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with mental health treatment modalities.
