Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (flexible shifts available)
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support as an integral treatment team member.
• Conducted initial assessments and assisted in developing individualized care plans.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and engaging activities to promote recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and behaviors.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall patient care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• One (1) year of experience in a mental health or psychiatric setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Understanding of mental health issues and treatment methods.
