Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (flexible shifts available)
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with treatment teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assist in conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
• Facilitate group activities and provide support during therapeutic sessions.
• Document patient interactions and maintain clear records.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in psychiatric care.
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach.
• Understanding of mental health treatment protocols.
