Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (flexible shifts available)
• Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide essential support and care for clients as part of the treatment team.
• Conduct assessments and collaborate on treatment planning.
• Facilitate engaging group activities and monitor client interactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and track client progress.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a mental health setting.
• Compassionate approach and strong interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment strategies.
