Salary Range:

• $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits

Your Role:

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Provide individual and group therapy, fostering a safe space for healing.
• Document client progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective care.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Active California LMFT license.
• At least 3 years of outpatient experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain clear clinical records.
• Strong understanding of mental health treatment modalities and best practices.
