Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients.
- Developing individualized treatment plans and facilitating therapy sessions.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
- Active LMFT license in California.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient settings.
- Excellent documentation skills and knowledge of mental health policies.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients and their families.
