Are you ready to be part of a dedicated team committed to making a positive impact on mental health? Solaris Health Care Center is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to provide essential therapeutic services in a supportive environment.
Salary Range:
- $110,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits
As a Therapist, You Will:
- Perform psychosocial assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
- Document treatment progress and collaborate with other professionals in the care team.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or Psychology.
- Current California LMFT license.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficient in electronic documentation and clinical note-taking.
