We are seeking a passionate and skilled LCSW to join our team in California. Our organization is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through integrated behavioral health services.

Salary:
$110,000 to $130,000 annually, with full benefits

Key Responsibilities:

• Support clients in navigating healthcare systems and accessing services.
• Educate patients on available resources for health and wellness.
• Participate in treatment team meetings and case discussions.
• Document all client interactions and assessments thoroughly.
• Employ evidence-based practices to evaluate client needs.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• LCSW licensure in California.
• At least 3 years of experience in an outpatient setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
