Now Hiring: Associate MFT or CSW – Outpatient Setting

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 annually

We’re hiring an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW), or Associate Clinical Psychologist to join our outpatient team in Palmdale, CA. This role involves providing direct clinical services to individuals managing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You’ll work in a structured setting that supports professional growth, flexible scheduling, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group therapy for clients experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards
• Manage a consistent weekly caseload, with flexibility built in for client and clinician needs

Requirements:

• Active California registration as AMFT, ACSW, or Associate Clinical Psychologist
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented outpatient setting
