Mental Health Associate (AMFT, ASW, CPC-I)
Location: Boulder City, Nevada
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Annual Salary: $50,000 to $70,000

Position Summary

Join a collaborative outpatient team where you’ll provide direct care while building your clinical skills under licensed supervision. This position is ideal for associate-level professionals committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing development.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments and implement treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Participate in clinical supervision and in-house training
  • Coordinate care with colleagues and external partners
  • Adhere to all ethical and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

  • Active associate registration in Nevada (AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern)
  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field
  • Experience in a clinical or counseling setting is preferred
  • Ability to manage a consistent caseload
  • Professional, dependable, and client-oriented
