Associate Therapist – AMFT, ASW, CPC-Intern (Outpatient Setting)

Location: Caliente, Nevada
Schedule: Full-time, M–F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000

Overview

We’re hiring associate-level clinicians ready to deliver outpatient mental health services in a professional and supportive setting. You'll receive hands-on experience, weekly supervision, and opportunities to grow your clinical confidence while working with a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and individual therapy
• Provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed care
• Document sessions and treatment updates per protocol
• Engage in supervision, case consultations, and trainings
• Coordinate with external providers as needed

Requirements

• Nevada registration as AMFT, ASW, or CPC-Intern
• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or counseling
• Previous clinical experience is helpful
• Organized, motivated, and team-oriented
