We are in search of experienced and empathic Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors (LCMHC) to be part of our team, ensuring our clients have access to timely and exceptional care.

In our private practice, we have specific expertise in treating addiction, mood disorders, and disorders of anxiety. Growth and innovation are fostered by our collaborative culture. Your knowledge is essential in addressing a variety of client needs, such as assistance for the LGBTQ+ community or veterans, marital and family therapy, trauma counseling, and treatment for depression and anxiety.
We provide a sign-on bonus.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
On occasion, evenings or weekends may be needed to accommodate client appointments and practice requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive clinical evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs.
- Creating and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client aspirations.
- Delivering individual, couples, and group counseling to a diverse clientele. Implementing therapeutic interventions using suitable modalities.
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary treatment teams for comprehensive client care.
- Adhering to legal and ethical guidelines for maintaining confidential client records.
- Participating in routine clinical supervision, case conferences, and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)in the state.
- Master's degreein clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited program.
- Demonstrated expertise in providing individual and group therapy within mental health settings.
- Extensive knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health treatment.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills to establish connections with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent written and oral communication proficiencies.
- Strong commitment to ethical guidelines and maintaining client privacy.
Salary:
$75,000-100,000per year + bonuses
