Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Wanted in Stowe, Vermont

We are searching for skilled and caring therapists to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, you will play a key role in helping individuals and families reach their therapeutic goals through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based counseling techniques.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify client needs and develop customized treatment approaches.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with clients to set and track meaningful progress goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in the field of mental health counseling.

Salary Range: $90k - $110k annually with full benefits.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or related field.
  • Valid LCMHC licensure in your state.
  • Experience working with diverse client groups.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based counseling methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
