Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Needed in Winooski, Vermont

We’re seeking passionate and experienced mental health professionals to join our team as Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to help individuals, couples, and families overcome challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals with a range of treatment modalities.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families using a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to set actionable goals and monitor progress.
• Keep thorough and confidential client records in line with industry standards.
• Continuously expand knowledge of mental health trends and treatments through professional development.

Compensation: $90k - $110k annually, with a complete benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related discipline.
• Current licensure as an LCMHC in your state.
• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Strong clinical expertise in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Capacity to work independently and in team settings.
