Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Brattleboro, Vermont

Our team is expanding, and we’re excited to welcome Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors. In this role, you’ll work with clients from various backgrounds, utilizing evidence-based approaches to guide them toward growth and recovery.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough client assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using a range of modalities.
• Collaborate with clients to identify and achieve their therapy goals.
• Maintain detailed, confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate in professional development and stay informed about industry trends.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
• Active LCMHC license in your state.
• Demonstrated experience working with a diverse range of clients.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capacity to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
