Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Stowe, Vermont

We’re hiring Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to join our compassionate and skilled team. Your expertise in evidence-based therapy will help clients overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client needs and create individualized therapy plans.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Support clients in setting and reaching their therapeutic objectives.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and accurate client documentation.
  • Engage in ongoing professional training and education.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, with a full benefits package included.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related discipline.
  • Current LCMHC licensure in your state.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and within a team setting.
