Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in Brattleboro, Vermont

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop personalized care plans.
• Offer therapy services to individuals, couples, and families.
• Work with clients to define and pursue therapy milestones.
• Ensure compliance with confidentiality and regulatory standards.
• Participate in training and professional growth opportunities.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or above in Counseling or a similar field.
• Active LCMHC license in your state.
• Experience delivering therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
• A proactive approach to both independent and collaborative work.
