Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – St. Albans, Vermont

An opportunity awaits for experienced counselors who are committed to guiding individuals through their mental health journeys. With our team growing, we are looking for Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients from all walks of life.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth client assessments and develop customized treatment strategies.
  • Offer individual, couples, and family therapy using various therapeutic techniques.
  • Assist clients in setting and reaching their mental health goals.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records while adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, including a full benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related discipline.
  • Active LCMHC license in the state.
  • Proven experience working with a diverse client base.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
