Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Montpelier, Vermont

A fulfilling role awaits experienced mental health professionals committed to making a difference. With our continued growth, we’re adding Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors who are ready to help individuals navigate their mental health journeys with evidence-based support.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive client evaluations and develop individualized treatment strategies.
  • Deliver therapy to individuals, couples, and families using proven approaches.
  • Work closely with clients to establish and reach therapy objectives.
  • Maintain confidential and compliant client documentation.
  • Participate in professional development and stay updated on mental health advancements.

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, plus a robust benefits package.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a relevant field.
  • Active LCMHC license in your state.
  • Strong background working with diverse client needs.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
