Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Full-Time in Epping, New Hampshire

Calling all experienced and competent mental health counselors (LCMHC)! We have an open position at one of our outpatient practices. If you have experience in providing individual and group therapy to clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 per year + benefits

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group therapy to clients facing mental health challenges
  • Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated and holistic care to clients
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Maintain professional boundaries and ensure client confidentiality and privacy
  • Continuously expand your knowledge of current mental health research and best practices
  • Maintain accountability for services provided through participation in the Quality Improvement program and timely and accurate recording of activities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a related field
  • Licensed as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in the state of New Hampshire
  • 2+ years of experience providing individual and group therapy to clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of current mental health research and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare providers
