Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor – Full-Time Opportunity

An outpatient practice in South Burlington, Vermont is looking for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) to provide high-quality mental health services. If you’re experienced in therapy across different populations and passionate about client care, we’d love to hear from you.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 annually + full benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth client evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions using proven therapeutic models.
  • Work closely with clients to set and achieve treatment goals.
  • Document client interactions with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Stay current with best practices and advancements in counseling.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or related field.
  • Active LCMHC license in Vermont.
  • Experience in providing therapy to diverse clients.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently.
