Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting detailed assessments and creating tailored therapy plans.
  • Providing therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assisting clients in identifying and reaching their therapy objectives.
  • Ensuring accurate, confidential documentation of client progress.
  • Pursuing professional development and staying informed on counseling advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Current LCMHC license in your state.
  • A track record of working with diverse client populations.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
