Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Burlington, Vermont

A great opportunity is available for experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors looking to support individuals in their mental health journey. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for professionals dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based care.

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using a variety of approaches.
  • Help clients set realistic therapy goals and track progress.
  • Ensure thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with guidelines.
  • Stay informed about best practices through ongoing learning.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC license in the state.
  • Previous experience working with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently and within a team setting.
