Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Brattleboro, Vermont

Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 annually, including a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed client evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assist clients in identifying therapy goals and achieving progress.
  • Keep accurate, confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Engage in ongoing learning to stay up-to-date with industry advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a similar field.
  • Active LCMHC license in the state.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
