Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Opportunity in Barre, Vermont

Experienced counselors looking to advance their careers and help individuals navigate their mental health journeys are invited to apply. A position is available for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to become part of a dedicated team.

As part of this role, you'll work with a diverse range of clients, utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote well-being and personal growth.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs.
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families using various treatment modalities.
  • Assist clients in setting and achieving therapy goals.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with ethical guidelines.
  • Stay informed on the latest practices in mental health counseling.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC license in your state.
  • Experience working with diverse client populations.
  • Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with a team while working independently.
