Now Hiring: Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) – Shelburne, Vermont

An opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to provide essential support to individuals on their mental health journey. This role is ideal for those eager to contribute their expertise in a collaborative setting.

Your work will involve engaging with a broad client base, utilizing evidence-based strategies to foster positive change.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate clients and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Offer therapy for individuals, couples, and families using various techniques.
  • Support clients in establishing and reaching their therapy objectives.
  • Maintain proper documentation and adhere to confidentiality guidelines.
  • Keep up to date with advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC license in your state.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of clients.
  • Strong background in evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment.
