Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform client assessments and create individualized treatment strategies.
  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Guide clients in reaching their mental health objectives.
  • Keep accurate records in compliance with professional guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC licensure.
  • Experience working with a diverse client base.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based counseling techniques.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
