Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) Role Available in Montpelier, Vermont

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Duties Include:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment approaches.
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Assist clients in defining and achieving their personal goals.
  • Maintain organized and confidential documentation.
  • Stay informed on best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC licensure in your state.
  • Experience working with diverse clients.
  • Strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
