A rewarding opportunity is available for a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor to contribute their expertise in a professional setting. This role involves supporting clients through evidence-based interventions and individualized care.

As part of this team, you’ll engage with a diverse client population, applying treatment techniques that promote progress and healing.

Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000 per year, plus a full benefits package.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assess client needs and develop customized treatment plans.
  • Provide therapeutic support for individuals, couples, and families.
  • Collaborate with clients to set and achieve their therapy goals.
  • Maintain confidential records following ethical and professional standards.
  • Continue professional growth through training and development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LCMHC license.
  • Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment approaches.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
