Job Overview We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in clinical counseling and be skilled in various therapeutic approaches, including individual and group counseling. This role is essential in supporting clients, particularly in behavior management, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances
- Engage in behavior management strategies for clients requiring additional support
- Provide counseling services
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment interventions
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LCPC )
- Experience in clinical counseling
- Proficiency in individual and group counseling techniques
- Strong understanding of behavior management principles
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-directed
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical standards in counseling
This is a telehealth position. You will see clients remotely.
