Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits
Position Overview
We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC). Your expertise as a Clinical Counselor combines evidence-based strategies with genuine empathy. By providing patients with proven tools for personal growth, you help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy, assessments, and case management for individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available mental health resources.

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations.

Participate in case consultations, supervision, and continuing education.
Qualifications:

Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Maryland (Required).

Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.

Strong clinical skills in therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.

Knowledge of HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and Maryland mental health laws.

Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
