Compensation: $80,000 to $90,000 + Benefits

Position Overview

We are currently seeking full-time Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC). Your expertise as a Clinical Counselor combines evidence-based strategies with genuine empathy. By providing patients with proven tools for personal growth, you help them navigate life’s challenges and achieve meaningful, lasting change.This role focuses on delivering high-quality therapy, assessments, and case management for individuals experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders.

  • Offer crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly.

  • Educate clients and families on coping strategies and available mental health resources.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with Maryland state regulations.

  • Participate in case consultations, supervision, and continuing education.

Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in Maryland (Required).

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting preferred.

  • Strong clinical skills in therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA, ethical guidelines, and Maryland mental health laws.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
