Location: Cape Elizabeth, Maine
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

As we expand to meet growing mental health needs, we’re seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is passionate about client care, values clinical integrity, and is ready to work in a flexible, supportive environment—whether remote, in-person, or hybrid.
As an LCPC, you’ll have the autonomy to build a caseload that aligns with your expertise and passion. Whether you focus on trauma, anxiety, family dynamics, or life transitions, your work will help clients lead more grounded, fulfilling lives.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, or families
- Conduct intake assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation in our HIPAA-secure EHR
- Utilize evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s needs
- Participate in (optional) peer consultation or clinical team meetings
- Uphold ethical standards and licensure requirements under the Maine Board of Counseling Professionals Licensure
What You Need to Succeed:
- Current LCPC license in the state of Maine (active and in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience providing therapy to diverse populations
- Proficiency in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or person-centered therapy
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (or willingness to learn)
