Work Schedule:

Full-time or part-time position with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate clients' availability.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history
  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation
  • crisis assessments/triage with appropriate interventions
  • provision of other services related to wellness
  • other related activities designed to provide integrated health care services

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in private practice.
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Salary:

$80,000-$104,000 per year + bonus
