Full Time Position as Licensed Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed
SALARY:

Our team provides outpatient behavioral health service; these clinics provide services ranging from individual and group therapy to substance abuse assessments and treatment. It’s mental health program takes a recovery-oriented approach to alleviate symptoms and restore emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being. Join us and work full-time from Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Communicates with physicians to report patient progress, needs, concerns, and potential and actual problems.
- Maintains accurate and timely records including clinical and progress notes according to department policy.
- Works closely with members of the health care team in the development of the plan of treatment, including discharge plans, based on the psychosocial assessment, and accepted social work interventions.
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional and behavioral problems.
- Develops working relationship with leaders in community resource groups, representing the organization at meetings and on various committees that address the social needs of patients.
- Master’s degree required in the state as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Must have (2) two years of professional experience.
- Has current Associate or Licensed status with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (or in progress).
- Possess strong organizational skills.
- Be a self-motivated individual; possessing the ability to initiate action related to billing hours and documentation.
