We are in need of Mental Health Counselor to join our team and counsel individuals, couples, and families at our medical facility. We help people live healthier and more fulfilling lives by improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare
Responsibilities:
- Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
- Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and circumstances
- Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
- Mental Health Therapist responsibilities include diagnosing and treating patients, leading sessions with individuals and groups, and referring clients to specialists as needed
- Counsels and provides crisis intervention for patients, including assessment and treatment of emotional
- Master's degree in Counseling and Social Work.
- Must have a valid license as LCSW.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in outpatient setting.
- Strong computer skills including word processing, e-mail systems, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
- Annual Salary range of $100,000 - $105,000 per year
