SALARY
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing counseling services, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and maintaining detailed clinical records.
SALARY
$90,000 to $100,000 per year with benefits
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts assessments using appropriate diagnostic criteria to recommend, facilitate, and implement interventions for a comprehensive treatment plan.
- Provides individual, group, and family counseling sessions for patients.
- Monitors outcomes as a member of the team
- Participates in continuity of care and/or discharge planning. Facilitates advance care planning.
- Develop individual treatment plans based on psychiatric diagnosis, identified problems, and treatment needs for each case.
- Documents patient care activity in institutional electronic healthcare record in accordance with departmental documentation policy.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field.
- Current licensure such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT in the state.
- Preferred 3 experience with working in Mental Health field.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
