Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)– Oceanside, California

We are seeking an experienced Social Worker - LCSW to join our mental health team in California. In this full-time role, you will provide counseling, case management, and support services to individuals and families facing emotional, social, and mental health challenges. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care aimed at improving patient’s overall well-being.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling to clients coping with mental health conditions, trauma, and life challenges.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Assist clients in navigating community resources, including housing, financial assistance, and healthcare services.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in accordance with HIPAA standards.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with support networks and external services.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
  • Active LCSW license in California.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
  • Proficiency in case management, counseling, and crisis intervention.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, behavioral health interventions, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
