Location: Remote – California Residents Only
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Flexible Hours Available

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LCSW to join our growing telehealth mental health team. In this fully remote role, you will provide virtual therapy and case management services to individuals and families across California. Through secure telehealth platforms, you will offer personalized, evidence-based care to support clients in managing mental health challenges and achieving their wellness goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.
• Conduct virtual psychosocial assessments and create customized treatment plans.
• Deliver crisis intervention and emotional support during remote sessions.
• Offer resource referrals and care coordination to connect clients with local services.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain detailed clinical notes and documentation in EHR systems.
• Uphold HIPAA standards and confidentiality in all telehealth communications.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with telehealth experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention techniques.
• Strong technological skills and comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a private, professional workspace.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
