Position Overview:

We are actively looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide therapeutic counseling, case management, and advocacy services to clients facing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering high-quality care with a solid foundation in counseling theories and techniques

Job Duties:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
  • Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate holistic care.
  • Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
  • Participate in case reviews, team meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Active LCSW license in the state of California.
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services settings.
  • Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and treatment planning.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
