Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
About the Role:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in Alaska. In this role, you will provide in-person mental health counseling and support services to individuals, families, and groups. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy, addressing a variety of mental health conditions.
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop customized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based approaches, such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
- Offer crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, counselors, and healthcare providers to ensure integrated care.
- Advocate for clients by connecting them with community resources and support services.
- Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
- Active LCSW license in the state of Alaska (required).
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health or social services.
- Proficiency in DSM-5 diagnoses and evidence-based treatment planning.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- Strong communication, empathy, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
